Living the New Life

I felt like we had a pretty good day overall at New Life.  For some reason I felt like I was just getting back after being away.  The music was good as the praise team did a new song called “Gonna Lift You Up” and closed with “The anchor holds” which went along with the message.  I spoke on “Row, Row, Row Your boat” and that Life is not a dream.  I know that it hit home with some people and we had a good altar response.  God is really working at New Life and the devil is fighting us just as hard! 

We had 198 in attendance with so many regulars out of town.  I am scared to think what may happen when school starts back.  It is a good scared
